Peanut Butter Power Smoothie

Smoothies is always a good idea!  Whether you’re in need of an energy boost to start the day, or you’re after an extra shot of vitamins, a nutritious smoothie will always save you! I always use a banana as a base and with water, coconut water or plant based milk as the fluid. This creamy high-protein smoothie will keep you satisfied for hours and tastes like a chocolate-peanut butter banana milkshake. This smoothie is also excellent as a post work out meal to recharge your energy stores with healthy fat and proteins.


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbs smooth peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon raw cocoa
  • Almond milk (or other plant based milks)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Maca powder (optional for extra nutritions)
